RULES
◦ If you arrive 10 to 15 mins late without notification through cellphone txt / call your photo shoot is automatically canceled.
◦ Please be courteous. Come prepared with your props and organized group so we can begin with the photo shoot. We only have roughly 45 mins and conventions are big, so every minute is precious!
◦ You need a cosplay. Only one cosplay outfit allowed, i.e. no outfit changes.
◦ Only one photo shoot allowed per person. No double photo shoots.
◦ If you cancel before the shoot please give me at least a seven day notification. The earlier the better.
◦ We can't leave convention grounds and travel around the city. We will stay primarily in the convention area.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When will I get my photos?
Give at least 2 to 3 weeks after the convention is over. I have many other photo shoots to edit and also school to juggle. It takes a while to edit and put them up on my website. If you've been waiting an enormous amount of time please email levelsixtyseven@gmail.com to complain.

What if I change my cosplay and add / subtract people in my group? How do I update my information?
Simply email me at levelsixtyseven@gmail.com and tell me your cosplay / group changes and I will edit them myself.  

Should I start thinking of poses now?
Yes, it's a smart idea to start brainstorming concepts and poses so when it's photo shoot day you'll be able to pose yourself more naturally. Plus the photos will turn out extra awesome if you do this extra step. A good method of brainstorming is researching your character!

What if I'm cosplaying as Sora from Kingdom Hearts and my friend is L from Death Note can we do couple shots and solos?
You will get solo portrait shots of your character and your friend. We can also do some fun couple shots even though you're not part of the same series.

Where will we meet at the con?
Typically we will meet at the main lobby. Please have your phone on you so we can communicate and find each other!

How does payment work?
Cash. Payment needs to be made when we meet at your shoot before or right after your shoot.

Is it possible to download the RAWs from the shoot? Can I alter your photos and edit/crop them myself?
I do not release my RAWs to a client. Please do not re-edit photos. Do not crop out the watermark. Out of common courtesy I ask to keep the watermark. If you can follow this simple request I will be extremely grateful!

Can I upload the photographs you took of me and my friends on my Deviantart / Facebook / Flickr / Tumblr / Contests / Personal websites?
You can! But please credit when necessary back to [link]
